Not gunna lie, kinda fell off with gaming this year due to depression, anxiety, and stress. Anyone got any recommendations for short fun experiences on Gamepass? Going to try to get back into it

It happens bud. For me when I'm in that state of mind I either like going back to something I just enjoy playing no matter how many times I've played it (ex. Dark Souls 3), or something that's bite-sized and maybe not something I'd normally play but that has a strong focus on evoking a vibe/emotion while not bloating itself in mechanics.

Recently Chants of Senaar was that game. Jusant was another good one I recently played on GamePass. And I don't think it's on GP anymore but A Short Hike was pleasant. Finally, although not a tiny game nor one without more complex mechanics I really enjoyed my time with Psychonauts 2. IMO it's the most under-appreciated game of this generation so far. I hardly ever hear anyone talk about it but everyone I know who has ended up loving it. And it's a great game to help deal with the types of things you've listed by being humorous while also taking them very seriously. The game can help with gaining perspective.

Even if you've played all these suggestions before, I wish you the best in getting through this rough patch. It might also just be good to go through a phase with a new hobby/interest. Gaming interest has ebbed and flowed with me the last decade especially but I do come back to it after I've put enough time into something else.
