So Russia already entering the Volksgrenadier stage of it's army?

Next stage, Volkssturm. After that, only Werwolf is left to scraping the barrel... but since those were Guerrilla units to fight off any invading force, that would be more in case Russia breaks apart with it's states revolting and try to break off.

lol, well if we are gonna go there then both armies use crappy prisoner troops.  So, to a degree both are in the first stage of degradation.  I don't think that either will decline past that though.  If things get too bad then one side will sue for peace.
