This is the PDA which is different from the passed aid package earlier in the year for those unaware.

What is stopping Biden from just doing a $5.8bn aid package to Ukraine before it expires? Just send a bunch of shit in one massive package if it's about to expire and hey, it would be a change from the drip-feeding! If Ukraine isn't ready to take all that equipment at once then park it in fucking Poland and have them feed it to Ukraine over time.
