Biggest problem with Ubisoft is Yves, that man has been desperately clinging to power because it's a family business all while Ubisoft collapses around him. He has been a shitty leader and let Ubisoft stagnate and chase shitty trends. His awful handling of Ubisoft's toxic culture has led to a lot of talent leaving, alongside restricting creative freedom.
I'm actually looking forward to AC Shadows but I'm not playing Avatar or Star Wars Outlaws unless they hit Game Pass, Lol. I still play all Assassin Creed's and Far Cry's because I actually still find them enjoyable but they've had a noticeable decline too, Valhalla especially had a tedious open-world. At this point I see Ubisoft titles more like filler games to kill some time, I still can find fun in them but they aren't special, they're like a McDonalds meal, Lol.
Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown was awesome though and that was the first time in a number of years where I've actually felt something more impactful from an Ubisoft title. Where I was like, I'll remember this game, it's pretty damn awesome but those are rare from Ubisoft nowadays, Lol. Watch them gut the team who made it and move them onto some generic shit.
