Ukraine has probably stopped to share its military plans with the USA (it was waist of time anyway and lots of leaked secret info) so the US has come up with this new strategy to demand "a clear strategy from Zelensky" regarding any future plans.

This is a bit hypocritical of the administration seeing as how they were supposed to prepare a plan on Ukraine in early June and didn't submit one until yesterday.
