GTA5 sold more than 200 million by now. It was crossgen, so that includes some people who bought it twice---but that number is enough to currently saturate Steam + PlayStation combined at a 100% attach rate.

I wouldn't be surprised if it alone moves millions of consoles in the double digits.

And thrice, as it also launched for the PS5/XsX. And those 200 millions units sold have been over 11 years (September 2013) and the mentioned three generations. It's not like all those 200 million users will rush to buy it on the first year or two.
