Why do Disk Drives matter?

It is true physical takes up space. So I cleaned up my shelves a bit today, brought a bunch of old games I won't play anymore back to the store and basically got Astrobot for free. The physical edition of Astrobot also comes with a cute poster and installed fast from disc. (Faster than me trying to download 40 GB)

With physical I still have less hesitation to buy a game. You can always return it, with a loss of course, yet better than buying digital and have nothing. But some things, like The Crew, are just garbage now. Servers turned off, game disc worthless. Not a big loss as I bought it second hand for cheap, but now it has no value at all anymore.

So I'll stick to disk drives, more options.
