I wanted a VR version, but already caved in and will buy tomorrow. Guess I need to figure out how a TV works again :p

(It does have a physical release I assume, kinda stupid to go to the store tomorrow and they don't have it...)

I'd love to play Rescue Mission to have another Astro Bot experience, but I don't have PlayStation VR. Maybe when I have more money, I'll get a PSVR used (new is way too expensive) to experience Rescue Mission, Iron Man, etc. I don't ever plan on getting a PSVR2. It would've made sense though for Astro Bot to have PSVR2 support.

And it does have a physical copy, mate. I suppose it depends on your local area if they have any in stock. My order just shipped from PlayStation Direct and apparently will already arrive tomorrow.

They'll need to change the game though, when porting to PSVR2. PSVR2 can not track the Dualsense controller and Astro bot Rescue Mission makes heavy use of the Dualshock. Often Astrobot balances on a rope you shoot out with the track pad, you also shoot shurikens out with the track pad and orientation of the Dualshock 4.

It would be a different game with the sense controllers :/
