The US refuses to send contractors to do maintenence on Ukraines F16s.

Now, these planes get daily maintenance which is probably pretty easy to accomplish. But then they will have to do more extensive things periodically and Ukraine's tech may not be able to handle that. Is it time for a plane that is easy to learn and maintain, such as the Gripen? Ukraine wants all of these great kills but the F16 may be too much to handle.
