No doubt.  I went full in with PC gaming last year...  consoles being limited to 30 fps only makes me feel better about my decision.  

I think with time, and TVs getting some sort of Variable Refresh Rate tech by default, most console games will have option for uncapped frame rate and/or different gfx presets.
