One of the biggest Russian missile attacks in Ukraine since the war began. Unlike Israel, Ukraine is not allowed by the Biden administration to use American weapons to go after the launch sites and airfields, and so its cities burn this morning amid power outages.

Russians targeted the Kyiv Reservoir dam in Vyshorord, just a few kilometers north of the Ukrainian capital and caused damage.
