What really has me intrigued is this line from the last page: "Check back on July 14, the start of E3, when I'll be able to talk about the second portion of my day which was spent with a new mode for Gears 2. As fun as the competitive multiplayer was, this has the potential to be better."
What do you guys think it could be? It seems to be multiplayer, but not 'competitive multiplayer'. If they were talking about coop, I'd think they'd just say coop, so that's out. Could it be a multiplayer mode where everyone works together against an unending onslaught of locust, putting those UE3 tweaks to gloriously epic use?????? I HOPE SO!!!!!!!one |
