Also, you are making no sense at all when you talk about the last financial reports (I know it sounds nice to just put that somewhere in your reply), but we are talking about potential revenues here. And no, putting 4 AA games on another platform long after release has nothing to do with putting their AAA day 1 on Play Station. You can also come up with answers to your made-up questions, again, unrelated to the potential revenue stream of selling AAA on another platform.

But.. SoT has been one of the best selling games on Playstation this year. That is the kind of business they are expecting with "AAA Day one" games; and again, it was not enough to offset the loss on hardware sales.

And I do have some theories to my questions; I just wanted to hear yours.

What are you talking about? First, SOT is NOT an AAA, and second, he was not DAY 1 on Play Station (like, not even close, do you even know what the game you are talking about? At this point, I'm not even sure). And more importantly, how the hell can you compare SOT with Gears/Halo/Starfield/Call of Duty AAA game? If you want to put all those games in the same bucket, that's on you, but let's stop here cause you are not living in the same world as me.

So yah, selling Xbox AAA on Play Station (70% of market share) does not make sense financially. Go with that :)
