As someone who went through 15 years of many false hopes and supposed confirmations of a Shenmue III. Don't do this to yourself. It will send you to a looney bin. Yes Shenmue III was eventually confirmed but it was not without insanely devoted Shenmue fans doing campaigns and protests for a decade. Then what we got was a month-old diaper. Waited 19 years and for what lol. It's probably best to approach this kind of thing every time as cautiously hopeful instead of freaking out. You will get burned out and overhype yourself.

I hope it does happen for HL fans just like I hope VanQuish 2/Metal Gear Rising 2 happens. Just don't trap yourself in a lot of false hopes and false hype.
