Modern games that feel like they belong in a earlier era

Games purposely made with that intention in mind, like Unicorn Overlord, Eiyuden Chronicles, IamSetsuna, the Octopaths and such.

And in general the DQ franchise, since it never quite changes much with every new entry, at least gameplay-wise. 

Ive played all of these and I love them. They are great homage to classic games, and really good games themselves.
