Off the top of my head I think 1994 SNES. 2010 Wii would absolutely be up there if you include Xenoblade Chronicles, but it technically launched in 2012 in my region.

For 1994 on SNES, you have two of the best games ever made in Super Metroid and Final Fantasy VI, plus Donkey Kong Country, Mega Man X, Super Punch-Out!!, Demon’s Crest, Super Street Fighter II, etc.
