You are correct in this regard but the games that cater to that field tend to be of lesser quality, often greatly so.  And the availability to look at sexy people for free online is ubiquitous.  

It's not the shame of looking at scantily clad sexy people by itself.  It's the fact they paid upwards to $60 for sub-par gameplay and sub-par sexiness that makes it shameful.
