Current Ukrainian leadership will have to go. Rada would be expected to reassemble new "legitimate government ";
That's a starting pack. Moscow is ready to wait. Moscow clearly thinks

Regardless of how many times Putin declares his alleged readiness for talks with Ukraine, what he is really up to is UKRAINE'S PARTITION AND TURNING WHAT IS LEFT OF UKRAINE THEN INTO THE RUSSIAN PROTECTORATE. To put it simply, he is ready to discuss the means, not his objectives
