There was alot of russian money behinde the LeaveEU campagne (that much is proven).
And yet, on wiki it says "Russian interference in the 2016 United Kingdom European Union membership referendum is a debated subject and remains unproven," . I guess this means, even if russian deplomates and intelligence officers met with key people, and oligarch , who donated money to it.... its not enough to prove it was from russian top level? I dont know.
