Yes, anyone who is parroting the NATO excuse is either an idiot or knowingly parroting Russian propaganda, there's about a dozen different reasons why it's complete horseshit but they will ignore all of those and jump to the simple minded take of "Bu-Bu-But America Bad!" or post some washed up professor to make their weak arguments for them.
