More worthless threats but we should hope they continue, an angry South Korea is better for Ukraine 
I think South Korea is more angry about Russia supplying North Korea though, in all honesty, South Korea would probably laugh at any threats Russia makes towards it but the fear is what Russia gives North Korea, though that's happening regardless now. So if South Korea doesn't want North Korea getting Russian equipment then the solution is simple, give Ukraine what it needs to pound Russia into the dirt.
