The continued impunity and destruction of international law is one of the reasons Putin doesn't care about what the West is doing to stop the invasion of Ukraine. Biden needs this 'ceasefire' win to gain back support, Ukraine needs that as well. Putin can hold out until Trump comes back in power. If that happens both the Palestinians and Ukrainians are fucked :/
