Yeah, even I they stop now it would take them years to get to the point where they are scary good again. They also have had a ton of lower and middle officers killed, so the geberals that they have to make every year will have to be rushed up... not good when russias noncoms are nonexistent. It's turning into a hollow force and even the outside (equipment is disapearring)
