These are always bad lists, because when a law is over turn in court or by another law the old law doesn't come off the books. The U.S. legal system keeps it all on record because part of a law might be in valid even after the new law takes effect.
Example:
Old: It is illegal to have sex with a cat on thursdays and fridays.
New: It is illegal to have sex on thurdays.
Notice, with the new law all sex is now illegal on thursday, and friday it is still illegal to have sex with cats.
