Definitely, yeah, but there will be ads displayed in the Smart TV function; you can bet on it. So it's a way to get people to see the ads if they want the extra bells and whistles.

Don't you just love capitalism?

While we could argue if this is still capitalism or something beyond, I love it as much as being kicked in the nuts.
