The most interesting thing about this rumor is the active cooling in the dock, imo. Active cooling in the dock can mean a TDP profile into the 30-40W for docked mode (or even higher, but Nintendo loves their low power profiles, so probably not much higher than that.) Of course, that increases the price of the dock though.
