The tech is kinda nuts. They put two layers of OLED pixels layered on top of each other and the result is 1000 nits fullscreen brightness and 1600 nits peak. Not 2% or 10%, fullscreen on an OLED.

Impressive indeed, but also not really suitable for monitors (tho it may work for TVs). That's way too bright for something that you'll use for long periods, and I wouldn't be surprised if it could hurt your eyes.

But hey, I have a monitor rated for 350cd/mm2 and have the brightness set to 12%, so maybe I'm biased ...
