Also all Xbox studios must be developing their games under immense pressure now, it seems nobody has a clue what Xbox's direction is not even the studios themselves so they don't know how Xbox measures success anymore, it basically puts them all on the chopping block with this level of uncertainty...People make their best games when they're in a good working environment not whatever this is.

ABK was such a monkey paw, Xbox will become the biggest publisher in the industry but at the cost of destroying their reputation and throwing away creativity, if it was something like Sega instead, things would probably be different, they'd be a modest sized publisher, a profitable one but not so massive that Microsoft has their eyes laser focused on them, probably could remain under the radar still, honestly feels a bit like, Microsoft finally got their war chest out but be careful what you wish for.

It really does feel like Activision acquired Xbox, they saw those COD numbers and drooled and now they don't care about XGS/Bethesda (aside from Elder Scrolls/Fallout), it's almost like "The Xbox Division" has been pushed in the background and it's now "The Activision Division" and I reckon at this point if Microsoft could get Bobby Kotick back they'd probably hire him in a heartbeat and give Phil the boot.
