Israeli strikes continue across Gaza despite truce talks

As people follow the truce talks in Cairo with cautious hope, they still endure the intense bombing in Rafah city.

Overnight, two residential homes and a farmland in the eastern part of Rafah were targeted by Israeli strikes. The attacks not only caused a shocking level of destruction but also led to further internal displacement in Rafah.

Meanwhile, the Israeli military continued to conduct strikes in the central part of Gaza, targeting refugee camps, including Nuseirat and Maghazi. In the Zeitoun neighbourhood in the northern part of Gaza City, a mother and her two children were killed in their residential home. According to the sources on the ground, this was a displaced family sheltering inside this building.
