This was dumb, always reactive instead of proactive. Russia was bombing Ukraine's energy infrastructure since the start but ATACMS redline could only be removed once Russia used North Korean weapons to bomb Ukraine with. Like...So if Russia never imported North Korean missiles then ATACMS never would have been sent? Okay so since Russia is bombing Ukraine from Russia using North Korean and Iranian weapons then surely Ukraine can use western weapons to bomb Russian territory with, right? nah that's somehow different, Lol.
