This was always the case, Lmao. The majority of USA's financial aid to Ukraine stayed in America. It took Republicans over a year to finally admit that most of the US aid is helping their industry, stays in America and provides jobs. Johnson always knew this and his new package doesn't change a thing to how America operates.
The USA provides Ukraine with their "old" stock, while producing new ones to replenish that stock, dumb fucks like MTG literally think that Biden flies to Ukraine and hands Zelenskyy billions in cash, Lol. Either Johnson is as much of a dumbass or Trump is dictating his orders.
