Fucking twat, the votes were always there for the Senate bill, this bill is almost exactly the same as the Senate bill, months worth of dead Ukrainians because you wanted to play politics and you still haven't pleased the lunatics in your party because they don't want Ukraine aid full-stop, those people were never needed to pass the bill though.
