As members await foreign aid bills text that Speaker Johnson will release shortly, Dems are in talks with pro-Ukraine aid Rs to sign the discharge petition that would force a vote on the Senate-passed package.

Some Rs are growing frustrated that Johnson is placating hardliners.

I’ve spoken to a few House Republican Ukraine/israel supporters this morning.

Patience is running *very* thin with Johnson. Most are giving Johnson time to put out a plan. But more and more Republicans are eyeing a discharge petition.
