Agreed, as far as I'm concerned, Ukraine is the first real test of NATO and I don't care if a country hits their 2% for NATO if they are barely supplying Ukraine, the 2% target is irrelevant if you don't make use it of when it actually matters and this is where it actually matters. Sadly, a few countries don't meet the 2% AND send Ukraine barely anything.
Quite honestly it should be 2% to Ukraine.
