Ukraine promises the West to launch a counteroffensive in 2025 if they help it "hold out" in 2024. According to French military sources, "he who mobilizes first will win" in Ukraine. But both sides "don't want to take a decisive step."

The Netherlands allocated an additional €1 billion in military aid to Ukraine this year. The total aid this year totals €3 billion.
