The "H" key on my sisters Alienware laptop fell off. So I contacted Dell warranty since it expires in Summer. They are like, we are gonna send down a tech to fix it. I was like wtf since it's just an H key. So the tech came and he said, due to the way that the keyboard is integrated into the laptop, he has to undo the plastic base and replace the entire keyboard at once.
Like wtf lol
Instead of a 5 second replacement, it's gonna take an hour
