Think I'm leaning more towards the WOLED myself. I don't have the most ideal lighting situation and the grey blacks problem with ambient light; in the QD-OLED, will only make it worthwhile during the latter hours of the day. The 480hz (1080P) mode on the 32" LG has my interest piqued as well. I'm also a bit more partial towards matte because reflections suck.
