How so? It has a territorial dispute over Ceuta and Mellia, plus a few other islands but I'm not sure that count as 'quite a big problem' especially when put into content.

For starters, Spain and Morocco are hosting the Fifa World Cup together in 2030. You wouldn't get such collaboration if they had quite a big problem with each other.
