The question is hard to answer because it only assesses possibility, not likeliness and under no time frame. Xbox cannot, and nor any other entity for that matter, commit any of their franchises, now or at any point, for perpetuity. And if they do, it would only be disingenuous because they simply can't, the statement would only be true until it is not. Context change and flexibility to adapt is key.
That's why MS would not commit CoD to PS forever like Ryan tried to make them to.

I would say though, I see Halo, Gears, Fable, Forza on PS as very unlikely this gen and Starfield as unlikely. The next 2 games I see as most likely are:
State Of Decay 2: (Same reasons as Grounded + with State of decay 3 coming I can see ms releasing SoD 2 on ps5 early in 2025 and then releasing SoD 3 exclusive to Xbox at the end of the same year)
Redfall: After fixing all issues, this game needs a soft reboot, what better way than to release on new hardware?

Redfall is dead.... porting it is a waste of money. Trying to fix it, is a waste of money.
I think sony and nintendo are more single player focused, and releaseing old halo and gears games wont do anything.
It'll just be prepping the nintendo/playstation side for more to come in future.
Let them enjoy playing through the saga's and get deep into the story (while the tv series is still free in peoples minds).
This is a new audience that can grow the IPs.

If they face xbox backlash, its as easy as saying "its only the old games, these release 10+ years ago" ect.
