Annalena Baerbock sends greetings to Rolf Mützenich from Brussels:

"Anyone who reads the latest UN report on Russian war crimes in my opinion will not again talk about the fact that perhaps the conflict should be frozen."

Also interesting: Baerbock wasn't asked about Mützenich at all, but about the use of windfall profits on frozen Russian assets.

But the point seemed so important to her that she addressed it herself (just before the start of the EU Foreign Ministers' Council).
