My heart goes out to Odesa.
Russians killed at least 14 people in the double tap missile attack on Odesa. When rescuers arrived at the scene of the first missile attack, a new strike followed. It is clearly a war crime. Russia is increasingly targeting Ukrainian cities less protected by air defence pic.twitter.com/v555glBM6v
