They do have annual shareholders' meetings and IR management as these companies do. It's the dirty peasants like us that don't get all the info.

SE made off like a bandit with ROTR exclusivity money. It paid for the entire development and the 11 million+ it went on to sell were just the icing on the cake. Had MS come with the same deal again for SOTR they would have taken it in a heartbeat.
