Buyer beware: I got the Pulse Elite Wireless headset and it disconnects ALL the time! At least 2-3 times every time I game. I’ve tried factory resetting the headset, switching the USB connection to a different port, but keeps happening. Looked online and apparently this is a very broad issue. I was wondering if it’s an overheating issue of the dongle because it’s USB-A connection and with the new model PS5, only USB-A connections are in the back……where the vent is. So when I switch the connection, it is noticeably hot to the touch. But others are mentioning it’s still happening on their launch model PS5.
When it works it’s a great headset, especially for the price, but man is that annoying to be gaming then have it randomly disconnect.
Since it’s so rampant, hopefully it’s able to get patched with a firmware update.
