I'm wanting to go for a new case for improved ventilation (due to my 1080ti currently being limited to 2 fans instead of 3), since my current corsair C70 case has ventilation limitations via the front drive bay slot, and I'd really like to upgrade to a more modern case that doesn't restrict airflow as much.

Yeah, 3060 is not really an upgrade from 1080ti (they trade blows), and the only thing that really stands out is DLSS upscaling, even if you don't want RTX.
