Dmytro Lubinets, Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, confirmed another war crime committed by the Russians in Ukraine. Most likely, it happened yesterday in the Bakhmut direction near Ivanivske. At least 7 Ukrainian prisoners of war were shot while surrendering. pic.twitter.com/rM2qnlsLrO
