He seems like he wants to move the company towards being almost fully multiplatform just like Sega has done in recent years. No he is not Xbox friendly; he is profit friendly and the fact that they are not hitting their numbers trying to be exclusive on PS is the reason for the change more than anything else.  Spending hundreds of millions of dollars on a AAA game and only putting it on one platform was always going to be a bad decision, especially in this climate.
