It's also a tad frustrating to see little countries like Denmark give away all their artillery because they understand that nobody in Europe needs artillery shells right now, they'd only need them if they went to war with Russia who Ukraine is currently fighting at this very moment. It's frustrating to see Czech Republic somehow find 800,000 artillery shells for Ukraine but need help financing them, why is it not the far richer European countries finding these shells and financing them.
The best thing Europe could possibly do to secure their future is start treating this war like they're in it, I obviously don't mean boots on the ground, but no restrictions on the types of weapons being sent, every country in Europe should send its entire artillery ammunition stock to Ukraine, drain it all to 0. There's literally no other country we'd use it on other than Russia. and if we sent it all and Ukraine still lost, we'd still have years to replenish our stocks ahead of an economy crippled Russia.
