Again, you don't seem to understand the physics behind this.

All it takes is getting a metal piece (loosely called a rocket by me) in the way of whatever you want to destroy. Russia, China, India, the US know how to do that and all have done so. You do not use $60M rockets from the earth suface, you use a $500 "rocket" from one of your attack satellites. Watch Neill deGrasse Tyson explain it on CNN.

You are using the word "rocket" when the kill method your describing is more like firing "bullets/projectiles" at a satellite from a killer satellite that has approached its target to a very close distance.
