I'm good with Phil for now but a Sarah leadership would be interesting.

I'd like to see everything remain the same for at least another 3 years before any major leadership changes.  

True, some people dip out after major acquisition closures, some stick around for stability though, it'd make more sense for him to leave shortly after the launch of the next Xbox (not the handheld but the beefy one).
