The leakers are the ones who forced MS to admit they are planning to go multi-platform in the first place, lol. So I would actually give them some credence. If they didn't leak things, odds are MS would have said nothing today. They were forced to have to do this. 

No they weren't, this was planned for February since last year, all the leakers did was cause them to bring it forward.

The leakers spread a bunch of nonsense and caused massive overreactions.

As of now, they're not "going multi-platform" anymore than they already were, a case by case basis for titles years after release on Xbox.
